Video Library
Where: left menu → Courses → Videos
All your video content in one place — secure, piracy-protected uploads plus every video used in your courses.
📸 Screenshot placeholder: video library.
The two tabs
| Tab | What's in it |
|---|---|
| VdoCipher DRM | Videos you uploaded with piracy protection — they can only be watched inside your courses |
| Course Videos | Every video attached to any of your courses (including YouTube/Vimeo links) |
Before you start
Secure video hosting needs a one-time setup: add your VdoCipher API key under Config → Video. Until then, this page shows a friendly reminder with a link to do it.
💡 VdoCipher is a video-security service — your videos get encrypted so they can't be downloaded or shared. You create an account at vdocipher.com and copy your key from there.
Uploading a secure video
- Click Upload.
- Enter a Video Title — e.g. "Module 1 – Introduction".
- Drag your video file into the box (or click to browse).
- Watch the progress bar. When it finishes: "Video uploaded! Processing usually takes 1–3 minutes."
- After processing, the video appears in your library, ready to add to any course lesson.
Watching & managing
- Play any video right in the library with the secure player.
- Delete removes it permanently from your video account — you'll be asked to confirm.
- Search by title, and on the Course Videos tab, filter by course with the dropdown.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |

| "VdoCipher API Key Missing" | Add your key under Config → Video |
| Video stuck "processing" | Give it 1–3 minutes, then refresh the page |
| Video won't play | Your key may have expired — re-save it in Config |
