Where: left menu → Websites → Domains
Use your own web address — like www.yourschool.com — instead of the standard yourname.learnerfast.com.

What you need
- A domain you've bought from any provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.).
- Access to that provider's DNS settings page.
Step 1 — Add your domain
- Click Add Domain.
- Choose which website it should point to.
- Type your domain with the
www.— e.g.www.yourschool.com.
⚠️ Enter the
www.version. Plain root domains (likeyourschool.comwithout www) can't be connected this way — at your domain provider, set the root to redirect towww.
Step 2 — Set up DNS at your provider
After adding, LearnerFast shows you exactly one record to create (each value has a copy button):
| Setting | Value to enter |
|---|---|
| Type | CNAME |
| Name / Host | www (or your chosen subdomain) |
| Points to | cname.learnerfast.com |
| TTL | 3600 or "Auto" |
Log in at your domain provider → DNS settings → add this record → save.
Step 3 — Verify and activate
- Back in LearnerFast, click Verify on your domain card.
- When verification succeeds you'll see: "Domain verified successfully!"
- Click Activate to switch your site over — it goes live on your domain shortly after.
⏳ DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24–48 hours to take effect worldwide. If verification fails, wait a bit and try again.
Managing domains
- Set primary — if you have several domains, choose the main one.
- Delete — disconnects the domain (the DNS record at your provider stays until you remove it there).
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Verification keeps failing | Double-check the CNAME points to cname.learnerfast.com, then wait for DNS to update |
| "Root domains can't use CNAME" | Use the www. version and redirect the root at your provider |
| Verified but the site doesn't load | Click Activate, then give it a few minutes |
