| Cover image | No | You can add or change it later |
Step 2 — Access type

|---|---|
| Draft | Only you can see it — perfect while you're still building |
| Free | Anyone can take it at no cost |
| Paid | Students must purchase it first |
| Coming soon | Shows on your site with a "Coming Soon" label; no enrollments yet |
Step 3 — Pricing (paid courses only)

|---|---|---|
| Price | Yes | What students pay |
| Compare-at price | No | A higher "was" price shown with a strikethrough |
| Payment method | No | Restrict this course to one payment provider (it must be set up in Config) |
Step 4 — Choose your website — pick which of your sites the course appears on.
Step 5 — Review & Create — check everything and click Create. The Course Builder opens automatically so you can add content.
💡 If you close the wizard midway, your progress is saved — it reopens where you left off.
Editing a course
Click Edit on any card — the Course Builder opens with everything about that course: lessons, pricing, access, and page design.
Deleting a course
Click Delete → confirm in the pop-up.
⚠️ Deleting removes the course and all its lessons, videos links, and quizzes permanently. There is no undo.
Searching & filtering
- Use the chips to see only Published or Draft courses.
- Type in the search box to filter by name — combine both freely.
- Clear filters appears if nothing matches.
