Where: left menu → Users → Communication
Email your students in bulk — announce a new course, share an update, or bring inactive learners back.

Sending an email
- Choose recipients in the To field — pick by course (everyone enrolled) and/or by website (everyone registered there). Duplicate addresses are handled automatically.
- Write a Subject — e.g. "Welcome to the New Course Update!"
- Write your Message — the live preview on the right shows exactly what students will receive.
- Click Send. You'll see a confirmation like "Successfully sent emails to 42 recipients!"

Saved Templates
Reuse messages you send often — save a template once, load it next time with one click.
Exporting email addresses
Want to use your list in another tool? Select your recipients and use Export to download their email addresses as a file.
Tips
- Keep subjects short and specific — they decide whether the email gets opened.
- Send at consistent times (e.g. Tuesday mornings) so students learn to expect you.
- After sending, watch Active This Week on the Users page to see the effect.
