Building your curriculum (Course outline)

  1. Click Add section and name it — e.g. "Module 1 — The Basics".
  2. Inside each section, add activities: videos (secure uploads, YouTube, or Vimeo), files/text, or a quiz.
  3. Drag items to reorder them anytime.

Designing the course page (Course page layout)

You see a live preview of exactly what students will see. You can edit:

  • Title, description, and cover image
  • Price display (with optional strikethrough "was" price)
  • Instructor block — your name, title, and bio
  • "Course includes" list — e.g. "5 hours of video, certificate"
  • "What you'll learn" bullet points

Each block can be switched on or off.

Adding a quiz

  1. Open the Quiz tab → create a quiz with a title, a pass score (%), and max attempts.
  2. Add questions: type the question, enter the answer options, and click the circle next to the correct one.
  3. Students get graded automatically; their attempts respect your limits.

Publishing your course

  1. Open the Access tab.
  2. Switch from Draft to Free or Paid (or Coming soon to tease it).
  3. That's it — the course appears on your website immediately.

💡 Check the Course page layout preview before publishing to make sure everything looks right.

Course emails

Under Automations you can choose which notification emails your students receive for this course — use the standard school-wide emails, or hand-pick them per course. Full automation rules (welcome emails, inactivity reminders, congratulations on completion) are coming soon.
