The number tiles
| Tile | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue | All money received from completed payments |
| Total Orders | Every payment attempt, successful or not |
| Total Students | How many different people have bought from you |
| Completed | Payments that went through successfully |
Reading the list
Use the tabs — All / Completed / Pending / Failed — and the search box (student or course name).
Each row shows who paid, what they bought, the amount, the payment method, the date, and a status badge:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Completed | Money received — the student got access |
| 🟡 Pending | Payment started but not confirmed — often resolves itself in a few minutes |
| 🔴 Failed | The payment didn't go through (cancelled, declined card, etc.) |
Removing a record
The 🗑 icon deletes a purchase record (with a confirmation pop-up). Use it for test purchases.
⚠️ Deleting a record does not refund anyone — it only removes the entry from your list.
About refunds
LearnerFast records payments, but the money goes directly to your payment provider account. To refund a student, log in to your Razorpay / Stripe / PayPal / PhonePe dashboard and issue the refund there.
Common questions
- A student says they paid but has no access? Check their entry here — if it's Pending or Failed, the payment never completed. Ask them to try again.
- Lots of Failed payments? Verify your payment setup in Config — especially that you're in Live mode, not Test.
