Getting Started
Follow these steps to go from a brand-new account to your first live course. The whole journey takes about 30 minutes.
1. Create your account
- Go to the LearnerFast website and click Register.
- Fill in your Full Name, Email address, and a Password (at least 6 characters — the strength meter helps you pick a good one).
- Prefer one click? Use Continue with Google instead.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email if asked, then Sign In.
You'll land on your Dashboard — your home base for everything.
2. Build your website
- In the left menu, open Websites → Themes.
- Browse the templates and click Preview to see any of them full-screen.
- Found one you like? Click Use theme and give your site a name.
- The name becomes your web address:
https://your-name.learnerfast.com
- The name becomes your web address:
- Wait a few seconds while your site is set up — it's live immediately!
- Click Edit Site to open the visual editor and make it yours: change text, images, colors, and pages by simply clicking on them.
3. Set up payments (for paid courses)
- Go to Config → Payment in the left menu.
- Pick the payment provider you have an account with — Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or PhonePe.
- Copy your keys from that provider's dashboard into the form and click Save.
- Switch the toggle on to activate it.
💡 Payments from your students go directly into your own account — LearnerFast never holds your money.
4. Create your first course
- Go to Courses and click New Course.
- The setup wizard walks you through:
- Details — course name, description, and an optional cover image.
- Access — Draft (work in private), Free, Paid, or Coming Soon.
- Pricing — for paid courses: your price and an optional "compare at" price.
- Website — choose which of your sites the course appears on.
- Review — confirm and create.
- The Course Builder opens automatically — add sections (like "Module 1") and fill them with videos, files, and quizzes.
5. Add videos
- For piracy-protected videos: first add your VdoCipher key under Config → Video, then upload in Courses → Videos.
- You can also add YouTube or Vimeo links directly inside a course.
6. Publish and share
- In the Course Builder, open the Access tab and switch from Draft to Free or Paid.
- Use the Preview button on the Websites page to see your site exactly as students will.
- Share your website link — you're in business! 🎉
Optional: connect your own domain
Have your own domain like www.yourschool.com? Connect it under Websites → Domains — see the Custom Domains guide.
What's next?
- Track sales on the Dashboard home and Purchases page.
- See your students on the Users page.
- Email your students from the Communication Hub.
