The number tiles
| Tile | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Students | Everyone who has joined, plus how many are new this month |
| Active This Week | Students who showed up in the last 7 days |
| Enrollments | Total course sign-ups and how many finished |
| Avg Progress | How far through their courses students are, on average |
The two tabs
- Overview — the big-picture summary.
- Students — the full list. Search by name or email.
The student list
Each row shows the student's name, email, phone (if they gave one), how many courses they're in, their average progress, when they were last active, and when they joined. Students appear here whether they enrolled in a course or simply registered on one of your websites (you'll see which site).
Click any student to open their details — every course they're taking and their progress in each.
New sign-ups appear live — no need to refresh the page.
Ideas for using this page
- Sort out who's inactive (old "last active" dates) and win them back with an email from the Communication Hub.
