Your free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with Starter-level limits (3 courses, 1 website, 100 students) — no card needed. When the trial ends, creating new things pauses until you pick a plan. Everything you built stays safe and unlocks the moment you subscribe.
What happens when you reach a limit
Your plan's limits are applied automatically:
- Courses / Websites — when you're at your limit, clicking New Course or New site shows an upgrade window instead, telling you what the next plan offers. Click View Plans to upgrade, or Not now to close it.
- Secure video — on the Starter plan, the protected-video upload asks you to upgrade first.
- File size — uploading a video larger than your plan allows shows the upgrade window with your current limit.
- Students — once your sites reach the plan's student cap, new student registrations are paused with a polite message until you upgrade.
Nothing you've already created is ever removed — limits only apply to creating new things. Upgrading lifts the limits instantly.
Upgrading
- Open the Subscription page — your current plan is highlighted.
- Click the button on the plan you want.
- Choose how to pay (cards/UPI/net-banking via Razorpay, or PhonePe in India).
- Complete the payment in the secure window — you'll see "…plan activated!" and the new plan takes effect immediately.
If you close the payment window, nothing is charged — you can try again anytime.

- This page is about your subscription to LearnerFast.
- The money your students pay you is separate — that goes straight to your own payment account and is tracked under Purchases.
- Payment didn't confirm even though you were charged? Contact support with the date and amount — we'll sort it out.
